Our cells undergo permanent division, and the new cells replace the older ones all the time. This is how the organism regenerates itself. However, this ability is getting lost with the age.
The genetic defects in DNA occurring due to different mechanisms (including the adverse environmental factors) are being accumulated, which results in the generation of defective transformed cells. Accumulation of a critical mass of such cells may cause the oncologies.
Whole-body hyperthermia can eliminate the major cause of such oncologies by preventing the accumulation of defective cells and destroying them. By definition, it applies to any smallest part of the body and reaches the transformed cells there before they reach the potentially dangerous mass to cause the disease.
Interview of the Director of the Institute, Professor A.V.Suvernev.
